LUXD LTD Return Policy for LUXURY-DRAW

At LUXD Ltd, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with our products and services. However, due to the nature of our prize competitions, we have specific policies regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.


1. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product as part of a competition prize, please contact our customer service team at contact@luxury-draw.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • We will evaluate the issue and may offer, at our discretion:
    • A repair of the product.
    • A replacement of the product.
    • A refund for the prize value.

Winners are responsible for securely returning the product for inspection if requested.


2. Delivery Errors

If you receive an incorrect product or if any parts/components are missing, please notify us within 7 days at contact@luxury-draw.com.

  • We will investigate and may provide, at our discretion:
    • A replacement product.
    • A refund where applicable.

3. Shipping Costs

  • For faulty or incorrect products, LUXD Ltd may cover return shipping costs upon prior approval.
  • In all other cases, including discretionary returns, customers are responsible for:
    • Properly packaging and insuring returned items.
    • Covering any shipping fees incurred during the return process.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Reversals

If a payment is reversed or charged back by the payment provider:

  • Any associated competition entries will be automatically canceled.
  • Participants may forfeit their eligibility for prizes.
  • Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended or banned from future competitions.

We encourage participants to contact us directly at contact@luxury-draw.com with any concerns before initiating a chargeback.


5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is authorized:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the approval date.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

6. No Returns or Refunds for Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases for competitions are final and non-refundable.

  • By purchasing a ticket, participants agree that they will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances, except in the rare case where the competition is canceled by LUXD Ltd.

7. Competition Cancellation

If a competition is canceled by LUXD Ltd:

  • Participants will be notified via email.
  • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method used.

8. Identification and Compliance Requirements

To claim a prize, winners must provide:

  • Proof of identity (photo ID).
  • Proof of age (18 years or older).
  • Proof of payment ownership (matching the original transaction details).

Failure to provide the required documents within 5 days of notification may result in forfeiture of the prize.


9. Transaction Descriptor

The name appearing on your bank statement or payment confirmation may vary depending on the payment method chosen. It may appear as:

  • LuxuryDraw
  • LUXD
  • UG Bitomni
  • Or other variations associated with our payment provider.

If you have questions regarding a transaction, please contact us directly at contact@luxury-draw.com before initiating any disputes or chargebacks.


10. Limitation of Liability

LUXD Ltd is not responsible for:

  • Losses incurred due to customer errors, such as incorrect shipping information.
  • Damages caused during return shipping if the product is not properly packaged and insured.
  • Losses resulting from technical failures beyond our control.

Any foreseeable losses caused by a participant’s breach of this policy may be claimed back by LUXD Ltd.


11. Statutory Rights

This Return & Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
